Terms and conditions
The terms under which you order from the Lolly online shop.
Scope
These terms govern the relationship between Lolly and anyone placing an order through this site. By confirming an order you accept the terms in force at that moment.
Orders and prices
All prices are in euro and include applicable taxes. Delivery cost is shown separately before you confirm the order. An order becomes binding on us once we confirm it by email.
Payment
Payment is made in cash to the courier on delivery. If the recipient refuses to pay, the order is treated as cancelled.
Availability
We work with limited quantities of treats. If a product in your order turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you to offer a substitute or cancel the order.
Liability
We are responsible for the delivered goods matching what was ordered. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or by an incomplete address given at checkout.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
