Answers to the questions we hear most often.

  • How long does it take to make?

    We assemble every gift by hand once your order comes in. That usually takes 1–2 working days, after which the gift goes out with the courier.

  • Can I choose a delivery date?

    Yes. There's a preferred-date field when you personalize the gift. Pick a date a few days out so we have time to make it.

  • How do I pay?

    You pay the courier in cash on delivery. No card is needed and we never store payment details.

  • Can I write a message on the card?

    Of course. We write the message you enter at checkout onto a card and include it with the gift.

  • Are the gifts suitable for small children?

    We only use treats and materials that are safe for children. Every product lists an age recommendation — check it if the gift is for a child under 3.

  • Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?

    Yes, we ship to countries in the European Union too. You choose the country at the address step of checkout.
